pdfFactory 4 can coexist with pdfFactory 3 on the same computer so you can test the new version with confidence. The upgrade price from pdfFactory 3 to pdfFactory 4 is $19.95.

To install:

download and install pdfFactory 4. DO NOT UNINSTALL pdfFactory 3
print a document to pdfFactory 4. Click the 'Upgrade Online" button which will link to the upgrade page.
once you have purchased, you can safely delete pdfFactory 3. This can be done using the Add/Remove Programs item in the Windows Control Panel.

If you purchased pdfFactory 3 after May 1, 2010, you are eligible for a free upgrade. Please send your purchase confirmation email to our support department and they will handle the upgrade.
