Step 1: Print the letterhead document to pdfFactory Pro and click the Letterhead minitab. Click the "Create using current job" button and name your letterhead.

Step 2: Close pdfFactory and then print another document to be placed on the letterhead, such as a simple letter.

Step 3: Click the Letterhead option in the Jobs tab and your letterheard will be applied.
